At PFP Financial we are continually looking at ways of adding further value for our Financial Planning clients. We will be in touch over the coming months to provide further details on our comprehensive value add proposition to be rolled out in full over the coming months.

Today we will publish our first PFP Financial “Ideas” newsletter where we have engaged Dermot Goode, an expert in the field of Health Insurance to provide an overview of what comprehensive cover should cost across the providers. We do not sell Health Cover however we believe it is hugely important and have contracted Dermot to provide an insight exclusively for clients of PFP Financial. We will be rolling out these quarterly with topics such as:

  • State Pensions (how do I claim? Do I get a dependants pension)
  • UK State Pensions (how can I claim if I worked in the UK? How can I buy back years?)
  • Estate Planning
  • Public Service Pension. Does it make sense to buy back year’s

In terms of Health Insurance the topics covered in Dermot’s report suggest that there is comprehensive
cover in Section 1 and Section 2 plans for all public hospitals and private hospitals (St Vincents Private/
Beacon/ Hermitage) and for a lot procedures in....
